Healthy Human Project is a fitness and nutrition service. We are here to give you the tools and guidance you need to accomplish your goals and live a healthy life. HHP is not a quick-fix weight loss program. Rather we are a committed lifestyle solution. HHP was designed with the long-term in mind. Being healthy is not about dropping those last 5 pounds or achieving a certain physique. While yes these are often nice to have, they do not define health. Health is about how we fuel our bodies, move our bodies. The ways in which we unplug and recharge. Healthy Human Project is going to give you the tools you need to be successful for years to come.

Meet Erica

Erica has been in the health & fitness industry for over 10 years. She obtained her Bachelor’s in Human Movement Science in 2013. During this time she created various community outreach programs that included weekly nutrition talks and regular workouts for people in the surrounding area. After college she moved back home to Buffalo with a goal of making her home and the people in it, as healthy as possible! Erica has worked in various fitness settings including the Buffalo Athletic Club, private training studios and CrossFit boxes. In 2017 Erica got her Masters in Clinical Nutrition in order to offer her clients even more guidance in reaching their goals and living a healthy lifestyle. Along with her degrees Erica also has her CrossFit level 2 and USAW level 2 certifications. She is also a certified Holistic Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

Something that started as a hobby for Erica has turned into a passion filled career driven by her love for helping others.
